Expert Witness Services

We provide legal support services to assist attorneys and their clients in the resolution of lawsuits, complaints and claims connected with the ADA and California Title 24.

These services include:

  • Services for either plaintiffs or defendants
  • Preparation of an Expert Report that assesses a property’s compliance with the ADA and Title 24
  • Assistance to attorneys in the interpretation of the ADA and state requirements
  • Testifying in mediations and trials
  • Assistance to attorneys to complete a Barrier Removal Plan as part of a case settlement
